Join Emily for a fun hour of mindful movement, breathing exercises, introspective activities, and a relaxing story time! Emily, a 500-hour registered yoga teacher specializing in Ashtanga and Trauma-Informed yoga practices, will guide the session. No experience is required, mats are provided, and please come in comfy clothes you can breathe and bend in!
For kids ages: 6-9
Space is guaranteed for the first 10 participants!
